    We are seeking to appoint a part-time Teacher of Music to cover maternity leave from September 2020 or January 2021 until approximately the beginning of the summer term 2021. We require an enthusiastic, inspirational, dynamic and talented classroom practitioner who can bring their dedication and commitment to a team that strives to provide the best opportunities for our students, as well as fostering a love for the Arts. We warmly welcome applications from both experienced teachers and NQTs.
    The successful candidate will:
     Be able to teach Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 would be an advantage);
     An excellent record or raising attainment and examination results at Key Stage 4
     A track record of outstanding teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4.
    Sir Harry Smith Community College is an 11-18 Academy, proud of its traditional values and innovative approaches to Teaching and Learning and its standards of discipline and respect. The College serves the market town of Whittlesey, seven miles outside of Peterborough in Cambridgeshire.
