Cover Manager / Receptionist
35 hours per Week 8:15am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday Term Time Only
Scale 2 Point 4 (£21,189) to Point 5 (21,575) Annually
Pro rata £16,628.51 - £16,931.44

We are looking to recruit a permanent Cover Manager / Receptionist to join our Reception Team.
This varied role requires an individual who is friendly, an effective communicator, with a positive outlook, proactive & able to work efficiently and flexibly within a busy environment, with the understanding of the needs of the college.
Being based in the main office you will need to have the ability to prioritise workload, be organised and work calmly in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the absence management system on Sims, organise and set up parents evenings and flexibility working with the reception team.
