Sixth Form and CEIAG Administrator

 

Required for May 2024

4 Days per week, exact days negotiable

Salary £23,500 FTE - £23,893 FTE (£12,067.57 - £12,269.38 Actual Pay)

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sixth Form, Higher and Careers Administrator to join our ambitious Sixth Form team.

Reporting to the Head of Sixth Form, the post holder will provide administrative support to aid in the continual development of the fantastic Sixth Form and CEIAG provision at Sir Harry Smith Community College

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. The selected individual needs to be an excellent communicator, well organised and have meticulous administration skills as well as the ability to solve problems. The role will focus primarily on events, work experience, community service and promoting purposeful learning and opportunities for students.

Hours of work: 8.30 – 3.30 term time only days per week (exact days negotiable), plus GCSE and A level results days and evening events as required.
